We want you to receive the correct product in good condition. You may request a return within 30 days after confirmed delivery.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all included parts and instructions. Proof of purchase is required.

Please do not mail an item to the company or registered-agent address shown in public business records. Contact us first so we can provide the correct return instructions and destination.

How to request a return

  1. Email support@adaptiveeveryday.shop with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Package the approved item securely and send it to the provided return destination.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns or products that are no longer wanted, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs. After review, Gripwise will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
