Gripwise ships practical everyday products to destinations available at checkout. Because some products may ship directly from different fulfillment partners, delivery times can vary by item and an order may arrive in more than one package.
Order processing
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders placed during high-volume periods may require additional processing time.
Estimated delivery
For most U.S. orders, estimated transit time is 7–20 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, or other events outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates can take several days to appear after an order is processed.
Multiple packages
Items in the same order may be fulfilled separately and arrive on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is split into multiple packages.
Address changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address or cancel an order. We can only make changes before fulfillment begins. Gripwise is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address submitted at checkout.
Delayed or missing orders
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order has not arrived within 7 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, contact us at support@adaptiveeveryday.shop with your order number.
